Ranata D. currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery & Support at Le Moyne College, having progressed through roles including Associate Director for Support Services and Service Desk Coordinator since June 2015. Prior experience includes working at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2012 to May 2015, where roles ranged from Technical Support to Instructional Technology Apprentice, significantly contributing to educational support and technology integration. Ranata D. holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and Design from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Throughout the career, expertise in various instructional technologies and collaboration with faculty has been a consistent focus, along with practical experience in microbiology research and mentoring.
