Therese Vita is also the Owner / Founder of Open Doors of WNY, LLC. Prior to that, they were an Associate Attorney at Mackenzie Smith Lewis Michell & Hughes from January 1992 to December 1996 and an Assistant Counsel at Pioneer Development Company from January 1990 to December 1992.

Therese Vita received their Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and their B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration/Organizational Development from Le Moyne College. Therese also has a CLOE Leadership Coaching Certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, as well as a Leadership Coaching Certification and Hogan Personality Assessment from the University at Buffalo. Finally, they are a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board.
