Katharine Correll has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Katharine started their career at Gardner-Webb University as an Assistant Vice President for Development/Director of Development in 2009 and held the position until 2011. Following that, they worked at the American Red Cross as an Executive Director from 2011 to 2013. Katharine then joined the National Children's Oral Health Foundation as a National Director of Youth Programs from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Hope Street Group and served as the Director of the North Carolina Teacher Voice Network until 2019. In their last role at Hope Street Group, they worked as the Senior Director of Education & Economic Opportunity from 2019 to 2019. Katharine currently holds a position at LENA as the Principal of Philanthropic Partnerships since 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Impact from 2023.

Katharine Correll attended Brown University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literatures and Cultures in English. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law from 2005 to 2008, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a focus on Law.
