Jennifer Rhodes

Jennifer Rhodes is a seasoned philanthropy professional with extensive experience in managing philanthropic programs and strategies within the early childhood sector. Currently serving as the Philanthropic Impact Manager at LENA since January 2022, Jennifer leads the alignment of strategic priorities with philanthropy efforts, focusing on securing and implementing grant-funded opportunities. Previously, Jennifer held roles at Constellation Philanthropy, where oversight of a $1 million annual funding pipeline for early childhood initiatives was a key responsibility. Earlier career experiences include positions at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where global health programs were coordinated, and roles that emphasized policy advocacy. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health in Policy & Advocacy from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.
