The Patient Care Coordinator oversees healthcare services, the Customer Service Specialist addresses inquiries and resolves concerns, the Residency Counselor assists potential and current residents with transitions and accommodations, and the Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support. Collectively, they maintain Lenbrook's rigorous standards of excellence and help residents lead fulfilling lives.
