Michael Ruhland

Michael Ruhland has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career in 1999 as a Sr. Account Executive at Ameriquest Mortgage and then worked as a Sr. Account Executive at Rising Star Mortgage from 2001 to 2002. In 2001, they founded Complete Mortgage Financial Corporation and served as its CEO until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Branch Manager and later as a Branch Manager/Loan Officer at CommonSense Mortgage, LLC. Michael then became the Owner/CFO of Perfect Tan from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they established Ruhland Financial, LLC., where they currently serve as the CEO. During the same period, they also worked as a Partner at The Metropolitan Contracting Group from 2009 to 2012. Recently, they have been involved in community service, serving as a Board Member in the City of Lino Lakes' Economic Development Advisory Committee and Planning & Zoning Board since 2017 and 2018, respectively. Michael has also held the position of Sales Manager at LendSmart Mortgage since 2006.

Michael Ruhland completed their high school education from MoundsView, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the year 2000. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Certified Military Housing Specialist certification from USA Cares in October 2014, and a certification from the Minnesota Housing and Finance Agency from Minnesota Housing in August 2006.
