Claire Lexa

Claire Lexa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private credit investments and financial advisory. Currently serving as Associate Director and Investment Officer at Lendable since August 2020, Claire specializes in supporting impact FinTechs that promote financial inclusion in frontier and emerging markets, particularly in East and Francophone Africa. Prior to Lendable, Claire held the position of Senior Analyst at HSBC, focusing on leveraged acquisition finance for private equity firms and corporations. Claire's career also includes roles at Impact Investment Exchange Asia, Asia Value Advisors, and Arcadis, along with earlier experience in wholesale account management at Max Mara Fashion Group. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Warwick and has completed an exchange semester at Università Bocconi.
