Esther Longworth

Esther Longworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process transformation, partnerships, and strategy, currently serving as Head of Process Transformation at Lendable since March 2020. Prior to joining Lendable, Esther held the position of Area Manager at Aldi UK from February 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations across London, Berkshire, and Surrey, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with HR and health and safety regulations. Esther began her career with various roles in communications and marketing, including positions at THREESIXTY Communications and Seven Hills, following an internship at Addiction Worldwide. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge, awarded in 2013.
