James Caviness

James Caviness has held various roles in several companies throughout their career. James currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Lendable, starting in 2022. James has also worked as an Investor/Advisor at Remitly since 2012. In the past, they served as a Board Observer at PaySense from 2018 to 2021 and as the VP & CPO of PayU at Naspers Group from 2014 to 2021. James has also held positions as a Board Member at Coins.ph from 2017 to 2019 and at Luno from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they were the GM of Mortgages at Trulia in 2013 and the Director of Consumer Mobile Product at PayPal from 2012 to 2013. James has also held leadership roles at Progress Financial from 2008 to 2011 and at Xoom Corporation from 2006 to 2008.

James Caviness obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1996. James then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they attended Seoul American High School, although the years of attendance and field of study are unspecified.
