Zhiyao Pei

Zhiyao Pei has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they are the Head of US Credit at Lendable, a global fintech company. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor at Sperta. In 2021, Zhiyao worked as the Vice President and Head of Credit at Caribou, an auto lending fintech, where they built the credit department from scratch. Zhiyao also held positions at Happy Money, Scratch Financial, and Capital One, where they gained expertise in credit policy, pricing, fraud risk, and operations. Zhiyao started their career at Shenzhen Press Group, a major media group in China, and has also interned at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Riko d.o.o., and China Mobile International Limited. Overall, Zhiyao has a strong background in finance, credit, and business development.

Zhiyao Pei holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy & Analytics from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. They also have a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In addition, Zhiyao Pei studied Economics at the University of Ljubljana and completed high school at Wuhan Foreign Language School.
