Amrit Pradhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors, including CRM, technology solutions, and digital product management. Currently serving as Program Manager - CX at LendEM Solutions, Amrit leads enterprise-level CRM implementations and customer experience initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager for a full-stack software development project at Dell Technologies, and Presales and Technology Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation, where Amrit advised clients on enterprise cloud CRM/ERP strategies.
