Michael Kosmoski

Michael Kosmoski has held various roles in the construction industry over the years.

Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Construction Services at Lender Consulting Services, starting in January 2023. Before this, they were the Vice President of Construction Services at the same company from November 2020 to February 2023.

Prior to joining Lender Consulting Services, Michael was the Director of Construction at CALAMAR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, IN C from June 2020 to November 2020.

From July 2017 to November 2020, they worked at Calamar Construction as the Director of Preconstruction Services.

Before that, Michael was the Chief Estimator/SR. Project Manager at Galbo Construction from January 2017 to July 2017.

Michael also served as the Chief Estimator at SLR Contracting and Service Company Inc from October 2015 to January 2017 and at Bliss Construction LLC from May 2011 to October 2015.

Michael started their career as an Estimator at Pepe Construction from November 2009 to May 2011.

Prior to that, they worked as an Estimator at Patrick Development from August 2006 to November 2009.

Their earliest work experience was as a Sales representative at Riefler Concrete from May 2000 to August 2006.

Michael Kosmoski attended Lancaster Senior High from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Regents Diploma. Michael then pursued higher education at the University at Buffalo from 1999 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Architecture/Urban Planning.
