Jonathan Foxx

Jonathan Foxx, Ph.D., MBA, serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Lenders Compliance Group, Inc., pioneering outsourced mortgage compliance services in the United States since January 2007. In addition to leading Lenders Compliance Group, Jonathan holds the position of President and Managing Director at several affiliated firms, including Brokers Compliance Group, LCG Quality Control, Vendors Compliance Group, Servicers Compliance Group, and Title Services Compliance Group, all specializing in various aspects of mortgage risk management. Jonathan also founded the Association of Residential Mortgage Compliance Professionals, supporting over 1600 members in residential mortgage compliance. Jonathan's extensive educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and The Wharton School. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at New York Mortgage Company and MortgageIT, and Director of Mortgage Risk Management at Integrated Compliance Solutions.
