Derek Imose

Derek Imose is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data analytics and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Analytics at LendingClub, Derek focuses on developing analytics strategies that align with business objectives and mentoring a team of data professionals. Previously, at Varo Bank, Derek held dual roles as Senior Director of Data Engineering and RPA and Director of Engineering, Data, where contributions included enhancing the AWS cloud-based platform and establishing an offshore RPA team. With a background at BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, and prominent consultancy roles, Derek has consistently demonstrated expertise in data systems development and operational efficiency.
