Dj Mahadevan

DJ Mahadevan has over 25 years of experience in the data engineering field. DJ is currently working at LendingClub as a Principal Architect - Data Engineering, where they are responsible for overseeing a mission-critical AWS Cloud migration and implementing Databricks' Data Lakehouse. Prior to this, they worked at Apple as a Principal Architect - Data Engineering - Special Projects Group, where they developed solutions for processing petabyte-scale data feeds. DJ also co-developed an airflow-based orchestration system for data processing. Earlier in their career, DJ Mahadevan worked at Xilinx as a Big Data Architect / Data Engineer and at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Big Data Architect / Engineer - Data Systems. DJ has also held positions at Accelrys, Doubletwist, Caritor (subsequently Keane International), Ispat Industries Ltd, and Price Waterhouse.

DJ Mahadevan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University for the period of 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they have also earned certifications including an AWS Certified Professional designation from Amazon Web Services in August 2012 and an Oracle Certified Professional qualification from Oracle University.
