Molly Collins has extensive experience in consumer advocacy and fraud operations, currently serving as the Director of Consumer Advocacy & Fraud Operations at LendingClub since May 2017. Prior roles at LendingClub include Sr. Manager in both the Center of Excellence and Quality Assurance, as well as various supervisory positions focused on fraud operations. Prior to LendingClub, Molly worked at Best Buy from September 2008 to May 2017, where roles included Sales Operations - Category Specialist, Sales Manager, and Supervisor. Molly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Capella University, completed in 2017.
