Scherjang Singh has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at GE Capital as a Portfolio Control Manager. They then joined American Express, where they held various positions, including Director Capabilities - Customer Care Solutions, Director - Learning Technologies, Service Delivery Leader - Asia Design, and Relationship Manager - Service Phone Partners. At Sears Holdings Corporation, they served as the Vice President of Learning Development, leading initiatives to transform the learning and performance management systems. Currently, Scherjang is working at LendingClub as the Vice President of Operations. Additionally, they are a Board Member for Voices For Utah Children.

Scherjang Singh holds a diverse educational background. Starting in 1992, they attended Army School, where they completed their 10+2 education with a focus on Science. In 1994, Scherjang went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Christ Church College, specializing in Economics, Statistics, and Law, which they completed in 1997. Scherjang furthered their education by enrolling at Amity University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Scherjang Singh recently completed the "Equality Utah: Diversity in the Workplace" program offered by Equality Utah in July 2021.
