Timothy J. Mayopoulos

Timothy J. Mayopoulos is a board member at LendingClub and a former president and chief executive officer of Fannie Mae. Timothy has also served as EVP and general counsel at Bank of America, managing director and general counsel at CIB Americas for Deutsche Bank, and managing director and senior deputy general counsel - Americas for Credit Suisse. Additionally, they were a member of the FDIC Systemic Resolution Advisory Committee and an associate independent counsel for the Office of the Independent Counsel, Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan (Whitewater).

Mayopoulos received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. from Cornell University.
