Lea started in the banking industry over 7 years ago after finishing her MBA at Carlow University. Her background in Community Development and Credit Counseling has led her to acquire the knowledge and skills to assist borrowers with a wide range of scenarios. Throughout the loan process, Lea focuses on educating her borrowers, helping them to navigate through current and future purchases with confidence.
