James Fraser is an experienced credit risk professional currently serving as a Credit Risk Manager at Fluro since November 2023. Previously, James held similar roles at RateSetter from January 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading the alignment of IFRS9 processes and managing the impairment process amid challenging macroeconomic conditions. As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at RateSetter, James played a key role in developing and validating IFRS9 models. Earlier experience includes consulting at 4most, where James created a random forest model for automating underwriting and developed an IFRS9 PD macroeconomic model. James began a career in credit risk as an Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on scorecard validation for mortgage portfolios. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Loughborough Business School, obtained in 2018.
