Paula Andrea Morales Martínez

Paula Andrea Morales Martínez has extensive work experience as a quality assurance engineer and analyst. Paula Andrea started their career in 2008 at GIROS Y FINANZAS C.F.C. S.A. as a Coordinadora de Help Desk and later transitioned to the role of Analista de Calidad. In 2011, they joined Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios as an Ingeniero de Calidad de Software and played a key role until 2019. During this time, they also served as an Ingeniero análisis funcional soluciones BI. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cafeto Software. Currently, they hold the position of Senior QA Engineer at LendingFront, which they started in 2020. Paula Andrea recently became the Lead QA Engineer at LendingFront in February 2022.

Paula Andrea Morales Martínez earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Corporación Universitaria de Ciencia y Desarrollo, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Developer Professional, Scrum Master Professional, Scrum Product Owner Professional, and ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level. Paula acquired these certifications in September 2017 and February 2012, respectively.
