Chandni Malani

Chandni Malani has demonstrated extensive experience in human resources and compliance through various roles at Lendingkart from October 2015 to the present, including Deputy Manager in both the Founder's Office and Human Resources, along with prior positions as Assistant Manager HR and HR Executive. Chandni's expertise encompasses handling statutory compliances, such as PF, ESIC, and Minimum Wages, and coordinating with consultants for compliance submissions and license renewals. Additionally, a summer internship at Arvind Limited in June 2014 provided exposure to grievance resolution processes. Chandni holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from L.J. Institute Of Management Studies, completed in 2015.
