Joydeep Sil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Lendingkart since April 2023, Joydeep oversees onboarding journeys for business loans. Previous roles include Product Manager at Rupifi, where responsibilities encompassed managing finance operations, and at Unicommerce, focused on order management systems. Earlier experiences include roles at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where Joydeep enhanced search functionalities, and Orion Business Innovation, as a Business Analyst engaged in financial analytics. Joydeep founded the Life & Joy Foundation, developing the EmoSmart program aimed at youth emotional development.
