Manik Dham is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership, particularly in DevOps, data infrastructure, and security. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Lendingkart since January 2023, Manik leads multiple teams focused on engineering productivity, production security, and corporate IT. Previously, Manik held senior engineering roles at Rupeek and Coviam, contributing to the development of scalable fintech technologies and leading DevOps initiatives for various products. Manik's earlier experiences include technical leadership positions at Relevance Lab and Ness Technologies, where expertise in AWS services and application monitoring was demonstrated. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Manik has cultivated a strong foundation in technology operations and development throughout a career spanning over a decade.
