Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at LendingMetrics since May 2015, Paul has contributed to delivering real-time credit risk data and analytics in partnership with Equifax. Previously, as Applications Manager at Carnival UK, Paul oversaw the development and maintenance of software systems for both shore-side and ship-based applications. Additionally, Paul held senior managerial roles at Baker Tilly and RSM Tenon, focusing on the complete software development lifecycle, including technical leadership and team management.
