Isis Abadia-Rodriguez

Isis Abadia-Rodriguez started their work experience in 2019 as a Behavioral Health Technician at Sprout Behavioral Services, Inc. Isis provided direct client care, followed behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, and collected data on client behavior. In 2020, they continued their role as a Behavioral Health Technician at Reveresco ABA Therapy, LLC, where they performed similar duties. In 2022, Isis joined LendingOne as an HR Assistant/Office Administrator, where they maintained HR files, answered employee questions, and referred complex inquiries to senior HR staff. Later in 2023, they took on the role of Recruiting Coordinator at LendingOne, utilizing their HR knowledge to improve the company's recruiting strategy, conducting interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process.

Isis Abadia-Rodriguez completed a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General at Nova Southeastern University from 2015 to 2021. Later, in 2022 and 2023, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Capella University. In January 2023, Isis obtained the certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn.
