Kizziah Phillip

Kizziah Phillip has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started working at First Service Residential in 2014 as a Front Desk Lead-Administrative Assistant, where they handled administrative tasks, prepared reports, and maintained resident information. In 2019, they joined Lloyd Jones as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on financial and business dealings, resident retention, and marketing strategies. Currently, as of 2021, they are working at LendingOne, LLC as a Loan Project Coordinator.

Kizziah Phillip attended Broward College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In April 2019, they obtained a certification as a Community Association Manager from Gold Coast Schools. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
