Andy McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and insurance industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Lender Development at LendingTree since March 2007, Andy has effectively managed and grown a portfolio of accounts valued over $30 million and achieved remarkable growth in a challenging market. Previous roles include Director and Regional Manager at LendingTree, as well as an inside sales representative at RealEstate.com, where significant sales achievements and leadership in training were demonstrated. Andy's career began at Reliance Standard Life as an intern, providing foundational experience in customer service and sales.
