Maryanne Sweat

Maryanne Sweat has a diverse work experience in the field of test engineering. Maryanne is currently the Director of Test Engineering at LendingTree, where they lead a team of 11 full-time test engineers and is responsible for departmental goal setting and overall testing strategy. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Test Engineering Manager and Test Engineering Manager at the same company, where they led teams and contributed to automation roadmap management. Earlier in their career, Maryanne worked as a Software Automation Test Engineer and Software Testing Engineer at LendingTree, where they developed automated scripts and test plans. Maryanne also had a role as an SQE Functional Lead at PeopleSoft.

Their professional journey began at Eaton as a Test Engineer, where they gained foundational experience in the field.

Maryanne Sweat attended Guilford College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BS degree in Physics/Mathematics. Maryanne has additional certifications in "Kafka Essential Training" from LinkedIn and "Certified Software Testing Engineer" from QAI Global Institute, which they obtained in August 2005 and an unspecified year for the other certification.
