Graham Noonan

Graham Noonan is an experienced Portfolio Manager with a strong background in Development Finance and operations management. Currently at Shawbrook Bank since October 2023, Graham previously held the role of Portfolio Manager at LendInvest from December 2020 to October 2023, overseeing Development Finance facilities ranging from £1 million to £45 million. Prior to LendInvest, Graham worked at Hampshire Trust Bank, managing administrative activities related to Development, Land, and Interim Finance. Graham's career also includes significant experience at RBS, leading a Portfolio Management team focused on distressed corporate Real Estate and Trading customers, as well as providing support to Real Estate Relationship Managers. Early in the career, Graham served as an Operations Analyst at Credit Suisse, contributing to trade finance and Prime Brokerage operations across various markets.
