Lauren Eaton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lauren began their career in 2003 at Sunrise Software, where they worked as a Receptionist, Office Manager, and PA to the Training Manager until 2005. Lauren then moved to Farr Vintners Ltd in 2008, where they served as a Sales Support Assistant for three years. In 2011, Lauren joined Corney and Barrow LTD as a Broking Team Assistant, a position they held for three years until 2014. Lauren's career took a significant turn in 2014 when they joined LendInvest (LSE: LINV), a prominent finance company. Lauren started as a Mortgage Case Manager for a year before taking on the role of Bridging Mortgage Case Manager Team Leader until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Lauren served as the Lending Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Lending Operations. In their current role, Lauren is the Director of Project and Change Management, a position they have held since early 2023.
Lauren Eaton has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended the University of Gloucestershire and obtained a HND in Business Management, completing their studies in 2007. In 2008, they pursued a field of study in Advanced Certificate in Wines at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which lasted until 2013. Prior to this, they achieved an AVCE in Travel & Tourism from NESCOT College, from 2001 to 2003. In 2016, Lauren enrolled in the Chartered Management Institute, where they are currently pursuing a degree. In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained certifications such as AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner from APMG International, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from The Knowledge Academy, in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
