Paula Mercer

Paula Mercer has a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the banking and lending industry. Paula is currently the Head of Sales at LendInvest, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Atom bank, first as a Regional Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2019, and then as the Head of Intermediary Lending - Residential & Commercial Lending from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Atom bank, Paula was a Business Development Manager at Lloyds Banking Group from 2008 to 2014.

Paula Mercer completed a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Sunderland from 1994 to 1997, earning a BA Hons 2:1. In 2022 and 2023, they attended the Chartered Management Institute to study strategic approaches to Mental Health & Wellbeing.
