Faith Barela

Faith Barela, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of People/HR at Lendio since July 2021, Faith has previously held pivotal roles including VP Human Resource Business Partners at Exeter Finance, where successful policy revisions led to over a 50% reduction in benefits abuse. Other notable positions include Vice President of Human Resources at American Nutrition Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and Director of Human Resources at CenturyLink, providing HR support to over 8,000 employees. Faith began a career in HR at The Home Depot, promoting the company’s commitment to being an Employer of Choice.
