Nick Humrich

Nick Humrich currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Lendio, a role assumed in June 2023, after previously holding the position of Principal Platform Engineer at the same company from December 2021 to December 2022. During this time, Nick orchestrated a significant technology upgrade to containers and Kubernetes, improved the developer experience NPS from -10 to 63, and introduced architectural discussions. Prior to Lendio, Nick was the Head of Engineering at Hivewire, where the organization adopted Continuous Delivery, achieving a 20% increase in project quality. Further experience includes roles at Canopy, Amazon Web Services, FamilySearch, Blue Coat Systems, and Qualtrics, where Nick amassed expertise in system architecture, CI/CD processes, and team leadership in software engineering and DevOps. Nick holds a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
