Julius Bolz has a wealth of experience in business development and accounting. Julius interned at Rocket Internet GmbH, where they were responsible for automatizing the order processing and invoicing processes, as well as optimizing the sales process. Julius also created sales presentations and provided support for daily operations. After their internship, Julius became a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked for four years before becoming a visiting associate. In their role as a consultant, Julius provided recommendations to clients in various industries on how to improve their operations. Julius also created presentations and led training sessions on topics such as strategy, marketing, and finance.

In their role as a visiting associate at The Boston Consulting Group, Julius worked with clients in the healthcare industry on strategic projects. Julius also conducted research on the impact of health insurance reform on the healthcare industry. After their time at The Boston Consulting Group, Julius became a summer trainee at A.T. Kearney, where they worked on projects in the areas of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain management.
