Paolo Lissia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and financial planning. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & FP&A at Lendistry since 2020, Paolo has driven capital strategy and financial operations during significant organizational growth and regulatory changes. Prior to Lendistry, Paolo held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Realty ONE Group, where financial strategy was directed across multiple business units. At Westlake Financial Services, Paolo advanced from Director of Finance to Senior Financial Analyst, fostering a high-performing finance team and enhancing financial reporting processes. Earlier in the career, Paolo founded and led PSL REALTY as CEO, establishing a full-service residential real estate brokerage. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
