Tammy Declercq - Oly

Tammy deClercq - OLY serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Small Business at Lendistry since May 2021, where the organization focuses on fostering economic opportunities for underserved small business borrowers. With extensive experience in operations, Tammy deClercq held senior leadership roles at VelocitySBA and Crossroads Small Business Solutions prior to Lendistry, contributing to the growth of national non-bank SBA lenders. Tammy deClercq is also a coach for the Walnut Creek Aquanuts Synchronized Swim team since 1993 and was previously a loan processor for the United States Olympic Committee, where accomplishment included earning a US Olympic Bronze Medal. Education includes a BA in Interdisciplinary Field Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AA in Psychology from Diablo Valley College.
