Jason Donadio

Jason Donadio has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Jason began their career in 1999 as a Senior at KPMG. In 2002, they moved to Symantec where they served as Technical Accounting Manager and SEC Senior Accountant. In 2007, they joined Netflix as Senior Manager Accounting Operations, Senior Manager Corporate Accounting and SEC/Technical Accounting Manager. In 2013, they joined Zoosk Inc. as CFO, VP Finance and Corporate Controller. During their time at Zoosk, they partnered with the executive team to lead the company through a successful sale, oversaw accounting, FP&A, tax, cash management, desktop IT, budgeting, risk management, and reporting. Jason evaluated strategic options, provided due diligence, and integrated finance operations, collaborated with bankers to build financial models for perspective buyers, and assisted with restructuring plan as VPF, resolving future debt obligations with no further financing. Currently, Jason is the Head of Finance at Lendtable.

Jason Donadio is a graduate of Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics. Jason also holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
