Spencer Alderman is a Senior Software Engineer at LenelS2 since May 2022, specializing in the integration of Netbox and VRx while enhancing project adaptability. Previously, Spencer served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology from January 2021 to May 2022, supporting over 30 students and managing course logistics. With extensive experience as a Founding Partner at Codelanx from February 2014 to January 2021, Spencer developed core frameworks and led project teams while handling contract work. Additional roles include Server and Minigame Developer at Hypixel Inc. and Back-End Server Developer at PhanaticMC LLC, both focused on creating and optimizing gaming plugins. Spencer's journey in software engineering began in education, having served as a Camp Instructor for iD Tech. Spencer holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Software Engineering and Computational Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology, expected to complete in December 2023.
