Chiara Volonghi

Chiara Volonghi has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chiara is currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at LENET Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director at LENET Group from April 2021 to September 2023. Before joining LENET Group, Chiara worked at THUN as an HR Director from June 2019 to April 2021, HR Manager from May 2018 to June 2019, and as an HR Generalist from January 2012 to May 2018. Chiara also gained experience as a Responsabile Commerciale at Gi Group from August 2010 to December 2011, and as an Assistente Ricerca e Selezione at Manpower italia from January 2005 to July 2010.

Chiara Volonghi earned their Laurea degree in Scienze della Formazione from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, starting in 1998 and completing it in 2003.
