Customer Success Lead

Ray Yip currently serves as the Customer Success Lead at RealSage since March 2024, after founding DNA Diversity from 2019 to 2023, driven by a passion for consumer healthcare innovations and their gap in the APAC region. Prior experience includes leading Business Operations and Sales at EventXtra in 2017, serving as Interim COO at ImOffered the same year, and working as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company in 2016, where market entry strategies for the ANZ region were developed. From 2014 to 2016, Ray was a Senior Customer Success Consultant at LinkedIn, managing significant repeat business in Greater China. Education includes professional certificates in Biotech and Genetics from MIT Professional Education, a Summer MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from HKUST Business School, and exchange programs at Università Bocconi and Yonsei University.
