Adam Clark

Adam Clark is a seasoned technology and HR leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and overseeing substantial budgets. Currently serving as Head of HR Technology at Lennar, Adam previously held multiple senior roles at Tyson Foods, including Vice President of Business Technology, where leadership extended to a global team of over 180 members and a budget of $100M. Adam also founded an enterprise-wide automation team and initiated an executive automation steering committee. Prior experience at HP spanned various leadership positions in HR systems and operations, contributing to major integrations and global deployments, including the Workday HCM system for over 300,000 employees. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
