Belkys Perez

CPA Belkys Perez is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as Regional Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller at Lennar since January 2020, Belkys has previously held key roles, including Director of Accounting at LiftFund, where responsibilities included managing the Accounting Department and overseeing cash flow reporting and loan portfolio servicing. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at WE MANAGE, LLC, managing the complete accounting cycle, and as Accounting Manager at Hotel & Leisure Consultants, Inc., where Belkys coordinated departmental activities and personnel training.
