Carolina Herrera

Carolina Herrera is an experienced Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition at Lennar, with a progressive career at the company since April 2004 that includes roles as Vice President and Director of Land Operations. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the comprehensive analysis and processes for land acquisition in Southeast Florida. Prior to this, Carolina served as Senior Land Acquisition Manager, focusing on real estate acquisitions and entitlements. In addition to corporate leadership, Carolina actively contributes to the community as a Board Member at Downtown Doral Charter Elementary School, Executive Board Member and President of the Builders Association of South Florida, and is a Real Property Advisory Board Member at the University of Miami School of Law. Carolina holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a law degree from Universidad del Rosario.
