Casey Davis

Casey Davis is an experienced executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets & Investment Strategies at Lennar since January 2013. In this role, Casey specializes in raising capital and managing transactions, including asset acquisitions and joint ventures across various platforms. Previously, Casey held the position of Vice President of Finance at Lennar, focusing on major urban developments in San Francisco. Prior to joining Lennar, Casey worked as a consultant in real estate, providing expertise in capital sourcing, distressed asset management, and financial analysis. Earlier experiences include several roles at Lennar and a position as an Analyst at Ernst & Young, where Casey was involved in financial due diligence for client transactions. Casey holds a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Georgia State University.
