Frank Walker

Frank Walker is an experienced executive with a strong background in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Regional President at Lennar since January 2023, Frank previously held the role of Regional Vice President at the same company. Prior to joining Lennar, Frank was the Division President at Lennar Colorado from July 2013 to April 2023 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Oakwood Homes, LLC from January 2004 to July 2013. Academic credentials include an MBA in Values Based Leadership and Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College, completed in 1994.
