Sandy Tao

Sandy Tao, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Regional Human Resources Director at Lennar, a leading homebuilder in the United States, since April 2024. Additionally, Sandy is a consultant as Head of People at Saucey since December 2023, following a role as Head of People at Emjay from November 2020 until its closure in December 2023. Previous positions include Area Director of People & Culture at Convene from September 2017 to August 2020, and Director of People & Culture at Education Management Systems from December 2013 to September 2017. Sandy's earlier experience includes Human Resources Manager at Pathways Management Group and HR Generalist at Gensler. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and a Human Resources Management Certification from UCLA Extension.
