Tench Tilghman

Tench Tilghman serves as the Division President for the Philly Metro Division of Lennar since August 2019. Prior to this role, Tench held several positions at Toll Brothers from November 2011 to August 2019, including Division Vice President for the PA - Chester/Montgomery/Delaware County Division and the Charlotte Division, as well as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Tench has extensive experience in homebuilding operations, land acquisition, development, financial analysis, and employee relations. Tench also owned Tilghman Construction, Inc. from January 2009 to November 2011 and was a Partner/Manager at R.A. Jordan and Sons from August 1999 to November 2011. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Management, Real Estate from Penn State University.
