Brian Monroe

Brian Monroe is a seasoned legal and escrow professional with extensive experience in the title industry. Currently serving as the Managing Escrow Officer and Attorney at Lennar Title since February 2024, Brian has held prominent roles including General Counsel at Redstone Title Services, LLC from February 2021 to February 2024, and Attorney at South Oak Title from January 2018 to January 2021. Prior to these positions, Brian was a Partner at Reynolds, Reynolds & Little, LLC for over 15 years, and owned Monroe Title, LLC from 2009 to 2017. Brian began career as a Credit Analyst at Regions Financial Corporation and as a Firefighter/EMT with the City of Auburn. Academically, Brian holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University.
