Bridger began a career in 2015 as a Ski Instructor at Craigleith Ski Club and achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Dual Minor from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2018 to 2023, along with attending KEDGE Business School for a semester in 2022. Bridger completed high school at The Country Day School in 2018.
